В технічній документації Porsche надає деяку інформацію про внутрішнє влаштування, принцип роботи та причини блокування літієвої батареї батареї:
Тобто згідно документації, батарея може блокуватися у наступних випадках:
- Контактор розмикається, коли напруга акумулятора падає нижче 10 В або нижче 15% стану заряду (SOC — state of charge).
- Контактор розмикається, коли напруга акумулятора перевищує 16 В.
- Контактор розмикається назавжди, коли напруга перевищує 18 В. Цей стан необоротний. Акумулятор необхідно замінити.
- Контактор розмикається в разі перегріву або короткого замикання.
або при інших обставинах, коли внутрішня плата керування батареєю (BMS — Battery management system) фіксує неприйнятні умови для заряду-розряду літієвих елементів. Плата вимикає внутрішнє реле безпеки та відключає плюсову клему батареї.
Увага! Згідно документації перманентне (незворотнє) блокування літієвої батареї відбувається саме при перевищенні напруги вище 18 вольт!
Найчастіше таке перевищення напруги відбувається саме при глибокому розряді батареї, при спробах «прикурити» автомобіль або зарядити неякісним зарядним пристроєм без контролю струму і напруги. Тобто в основному власники автомобіля або майстри СТО самі ж виводять з ладу батарею.
З практики перманентне (незворотнє) блокування літієвої батареї також може відбуватися за умови перезаряду літієвих елементів (вище максимального рівня), їх розряду (нижче мінімально допустимого рівня), а також значному розбалансуванню збірки елементів.
Компанія Porsche для дилерських СТО випустила технічний бюлетень за номером Bulletin #: 2109.1 в якому рекомендує виконати наступні кроки:
В деяких випадках ці дії можуть виправити ситуацію (але це вдається дуже нечасто). Якщо все ж таки батарею не вдається реанімувати згідно цих рекомендацій, тоді звертайтесь до нас — ми спробуємо відновити батарею до робочого стану.
Батарея з’єднана з автомобілем інформаційною шиною LIN. Ця шина призначена виключно для інформаційного обміну — тобто по ній зчитуються актуальні данні стану батареї — температура, напруга, стан заряду (SOC — state of charge), ток заряду/розряду, стан літієвих елементів … , а також проводиться оновлення програмного забезпечення батареї. Ніколи не подавйте сторонню напругу на LIN контакт — це ніяк не допоможе розблокувати батарею — навпаки — вийде з ладу мікросхема, що вплине на ціну та час відновлення батареї.
На даний момент для відновлення батареї потрібно її розібрати, зарядити літієві елементи до номінальної напруги, контролюючи струм, та балансування , потім перепрограмувати BMS, та зібрати батарею назад. Якщо все зроблено правильно, то після цього плата BMS увімкне внутрішнє реле і батарея знову буде в робочому стані. Ці дії можуть тривати 2-3 доби, в залежності від стану та ступеню розряду батареї.

That is, according to the documentation, the battery can be blocked in the following cases:
- The contactor opens when the battery voltage drops below 10 V or below 15% state of charge (SOC — state of charge).
- The contactor opens when the battery voltage exceeds 16 V.
- The contactor opens permanently when the voltage exceeds 18 V. This state is irreversible. The battery must be replaced.
- The contactor opens in case of overheating or short circuit.
or in other circumstances when the internal battery management system (BMS) registers unacceptable conditions for the charge-discharge of lithium cells. The board turns off the internal safety relay and disconnects the positive battery terminal.
WARNING! According to the documentation, permanent (irreversible) blocking of a lithium battery occurs precisely when the voltage exceeds 18 volts!
Most often, such a voltage overshoot occurs precisely when the battery is deeply discharged, when trying to «light up» the car or charge it with a low-quality charger without current and voltage control. That is, mainly car owners or service station masters themselves disable the battery.
Porsche has issued a Technical Bulletin #: 2109.1 for Dealer Service Centers recommending the following steps:
In some cases, these actions can correct the situation (but this is very rare). If the battery still cannot be resuscitated according to these recommendations, then contact us — we will try to restore the battery to working condition.
The battery is connected to the car via the LIN information bus. This bus is intended exclusively for information exchange — i.e., it reads current battery state data — temperature, voltage, state of charge (SOC — state of charge), charge/discharge current, state of lithium cells … and also updates the battery software . Never apply external voltage to the LIN contact — this will not help to unlock the battery in any way — on the contrary — the microcircuit will fail, which will affect the price and recovery time of the battery.
Currently, to restore a battery, you have to disassemble it, charge the lithium cells to the rated voltage, current monitoring and balancing, then reprogram the BMS and put the battery back together. If everything is done correctly, the BMS board will turn on the internal relay and the battery will be in working condition again. These actions may last 2-3 days, depending on the state and degree of battery discharge.
